Pre Order Terms and Conditions
When ordering an item on "PRE-ORDER", we will aim to deliver this item within the specified time frame stated in the product description. Please beware this is only an approximate dispatch date and sometimes items can be delivered sooner or later. Delays can occur so we strongly advise you allow an extra week for delivery when ordering for a specific date.
If you change your mind and no longer wish to receive an item on "PRE-ORDER", please contact us using the contact form below or email us email@example.com. You will need to provide us with your name and order number so that we can cancel your "PRE-ORDER" and refund you.
When your "PRE-ORDER" item has arrived, you will be notified via email. When your "PRE-ORDER" has been dispatched, you will receive a further email containing a tracking number.
If multiple items are purchased with a "PRE-ORDER" item, we will hold the in stock items and dispatch them all together in one shipment when the "PRE-ORDER" item arrives. If you wish to receive the in stock items sooner, please order your "PRE-ORDER" item separately.
